Intake

When you call our center to start the counseling process, our receptionist will ask for your name and phone number. You will then be contacted by our Intake Coordinator to schedule your intake session which can often be scheduled within a few days and is usually scheduled within 2 weeks, depending on your availability.

You will be asked to come 15 to 20 minutes early to your intake appointment in order to complete the neccessary paperwork. Or, to save time, you may print out the forms listed below, complete the information and bring them with you to give to the receptionist at the front desk.

Your intake appointment will last approximately 45 to 50 minutes. During this time, our intake counselor will ask you about the issues that are bringing you to counseling.

The intake counselor will then take this information and discuss it with an intake team which meets weekly. During this meeting, the team will prayerfully consider which counselor would be best suited to meet your specific needs. After this meeting you will be contacted, told who the assigned counselor is, and you may schedule up to three initial appointments.

To begin the counseling process, please call 717-442-9577 (Gap Campus) or 717-285-4843 (Lancaster Campus). Or if you prefer, contact us by email at info@fracc.org and type “Intake” in the subject line.
