Children’s and Family Counselor
Glenford joined the staff of FRCC in 2007. Glenford received a Master of Science degree in counseling psychology from Butler University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Eastern Mennonite University as well as training in prayer counseling.
Some areas of Glenford’s specialization include creative play therapy for children and adults, abuse intervention, divorce recovery, family and marital therapy and healing of emotional wounds. Glenford has a heart for children, his smile, friendly personality, and abundance of toys help even the most reluctant kids feel comfortable coming to counseling.
Glenford founded Abuse Intervention Ministry and has counseled with Batterers Intervention Services. He has facilitated Divorce Care, Grief Share and Blended Families support groups.
While living in Indiana, he was director and counselor at several rehabilitation centers. He is a member of American Association of Christian Counselors and the National Rehabilitation Counselor Association.
